	Here are basic supplies every bird owner should have handy as part of their home emergency kit:   • Scissors • Tweezers • Needle-nose pliers • Q-Tips • Feeding tube and syringe • Masking tape (½" wide) • Plastic medicine dropper • Sterile gauze pads • Towels • Heat source (heat lamp or space heater) • Environmental thermometer • Stypic powder • Hydrogen peroxide or betadine solution • TELEPHONE NUMBER OF YOUR VETERINARIAN!
